Xbox 360 Status Code 807B0193

My Amazon and Netflix app won’t download. I keep getting a Status Code 807B0193. When I go to www.xbox.com/errorhelp and put in the code, it’s not a recognized code.  Does anyone know why I am getting a status code that is not recognized? The system says all Xbox is working.

Xbox 360 Status Code 807B0193

In Xbox, you may encounter error code “807B0193” when you attempt to download your Xbox Live profile using the Xbox Live service. This error code may mean two things: either the Xbox Live service is down temporarily or there’s a problem with your Xbox Live profile. To fix the problem, first, check your connection to Xbox Live.

Go to the Xbox Status Support page and verify the Xbox status. If you see any alerts on the page, you need to wait until the service is up and running then try again.

If the Xbox Live service is down temporarily, wait a few hours then try downloading your profile again. To learn how to download your Xbox Live profile, visit Account & profile Xbox Support. If the problem continues, try pressing all apps then select Netflix. This worked for most users who have the same problem.
