Wireless keyboard not functioning completely

I cleaned my wireless keyboard with a slightly damp cloth yesterday. I noticed today that a few of the letters are not being typed by the keyboard any more. What can be done about this? I tried restarting the system but still the same problem is being encountered. Will I have to change the keyboard now?

Hey Ahmad,

Perhaps you should check first your batteries first. Try to change it with new ones. And also make sure that the receiver of your keyboard is not blocked by any interference and it is properly connected. If your keyboard is still not functioning, maybe you got it damaged while you’re cleaning it. Possibly you have to replace it with new ones.
