I am currently using Windows 7 on my PC. When I was trying to update my system, I got the error code 0x80004001 along with a BSOD. This happens again and again. I can’t understand what is wrong with my PC. Please help.
Try any one of the following solutions to solve your problem.
1. Start your computer and log in as administrator.
2. Open the Start Menu, go to ‘Systems Tools’ folder under the ‘Accessories’ tab from ‘All programs.’
3. From the dialogue box, click on ‘System Restore.’
4. Select the appropriate restore point from the given list.
5. Wait for the system to restore.
6. Restart your computer.
