Hi Experts,

After getting some unfamiliar message, I tried to find them out through Windows Help and Support.

However, whenever I tried it shows the screen as under.

I there any advanced process in this regard?

Hello.

You did not mention the error that you have gone through. However in some cases windows asks foe help or support after getting the error. If we click on the help button it searches for the relevant matter online. If it finds the message then it shows it on the screen.

If no relevant solution was found on the internet it displays an as no topic found. Same is the matter in your case. Contact customer support by phone for further information.

It does not mention the error but report as an internal error.
