When you detect such error you will have two options in there –

i) start the backup process.

1i) Ask me again later.

You may click on the i-back up option; you should not ignore the error. The cause of this error is some Internal Hardware problem. You may go to start option type RUN in the search box and then write “gpedit.msc” in the RUN command press ok. This command will allow you to enable and disable some features.

In the local computer policy, go to administrative templates, click on the “system.” Here you will see an option of ‘trouble shooting’ and diagnose, then go to disk diagnostics. There you will find “Disk diagnostic configuration custom alert text” and “Disk diagnostic configuration execution level” click on the execution. You need to click on the “disable” option which will stop this problem.
