This kind of error message are commonly displayed in the and environment where you are using the network computer or the computer which is loading the profile from the network.

There are two type of profile in the network in which one is that the change you made are saved and you can have desktop of your own choice and the other type is that you can't keep the desktop of you choice. If you are using the network profile the go to your administrator and confirm from them your profile is missing.

Hope this will solve you problem. thanks

This could either be a virus problem or a corrupted file system, try the following steps below:

Solution 1:

Install an anti virus software, but if already installed then it is a plus already. Scan your whole system, don't miss any path to make sure that there is no virus involve in what is happening to you. If it will find a virus then it will definitely delete it with no problem.

Solution 2:

Try repairing the operating system or try formatting the operating system. It will surely solve the problem if there is a profile problem that you have.

Solution 3:

Try entering the safe mode of your operating system then restart it once again on normal mode.
