Well, this is a simple issue mate. Most of the drivers are missing when we install a new window in our PC. To install sound driver 'Right click' on your computer. Go to 'properties' then select "Device Manager' from the list
You will see a yellow sign on missing drivers. Click on the sound driver and select 'Update Driver'
Choose 'Automatically search for drivers' in this case window will automatically install best driver for your sound system. Internet connection must be available at the time of driver update.

According to users' window 7 is best, as it is simple to use. Window 8 is upgraded version of Miscosoft Windows. Most of the programs run on windows 8 but  not on Window 7.

Sound problems are also caused due to improper hardware setting. Make sure that your speakers are properly plugged in and check the sound card and volume.

To check your sound processor or sound card is working properly,

1. Click on Start button. In it, click Control Panel->System and security->System->Device Manager.

2. If you are asked for administrator password, provide it with it.

3. Expand Sound, video and game controllers.

4. If it displays Sound card, then it is installed in it. If it does not display, then you probably need to install it according to manufacturer’s instructions.

5. If you have installed sound card but it is not displayed under Sound, video and game controllers, check in Other Devices.
