Will this DiskStation DS112+ good as server for my small business?

I need a server to maintain  for my small business. I found this DiskStation DS112+. Is this enough or good for small businesses, just like mine? I need a stable server and simple that I want to personally maintain.

Will this type of server be easy to maintain and the accessories easy to obtain or available in stocks? 

If ever I want to upgrade this server in the future.

The biggest issue we Pakistani face are how to transfer money from Freelancer to Pakistan. When the client pays that amount add into your account and when you want to withdraw that money you have to either transfer it through. Now Freelancer has updated it’s transaction process and you can transfer money to Pakistan directly into your account through wire transfer but that takes time about one month to reach money into your account.

Other method is PayPal which is not available in Pakistan but that is the fastest process for withdrawing. Money bookers is also a method which is available in Pakistan for this you have to first make an account of Money Bookers and then you can transfer from Freelancer to Pakistan.
