Wifi does not work properly.

After I switch on WiFi in my hp G62 laptop it always disable. To enable this I should enable radio on/off in wireless LAN card properties after I switch on my WiFi. Please help me anyone to solve this problem.

Wifi does not work properly.

Hello there,

First of all you need to download the latest version of Broadcom Driver. Once you download it restart your Laptop and check.

If the problem continues I would suggest you to download this driver for G62 Series

Also you can go to System in that go to Admin in that Additional driver then check your wireless driver and click Authenticate.

If this doesn't work then you can try one more thing – Just go to Control Panel in that go to Network and Internet and with that click network status and other tasks.

Now when it says this Connection uses the following, in that make sure everywhere you select Obtain IP Address automatically.

This will surely work. Good Luck.

Hallo Nish,

You will need to try the following resolutions:

• First of all you will need to try a cold boot of the system and see if that will help resolve the issue.
• Another thing you will need to try is to go to factory data reset or system restore and then restore the default settings of your computer.
• For the tablet, you can find this on the tablet's Settings menu, under "Backup & reset".
• It will be better if you have not installed any new apps or data yet on your computer yet, for all of them will be removed from your system. But you can just reinstall them later.
