Hi, I have installed new window XP on my PC and also Sound, VGA and other drivers but there is a problem with network adapter. Whenever I try to connect, it shows error. I checked in “device manager” where network controller is indicating yellow icon. I have reinstall and updated driver but network controller still not working. Please tell me what is problem and how to solve it.

The yellow icons are of two types that appears on the face of hardware in device manager.

1. Yellow Question Mark. If you see that there is a question mark of yellow color on the face, then it indicates that you have not installed its driver yet.

To make this problem solved, please install the driver of your network adapter.

2. Yellow Exclamation Sign. If you see that there is an exclamation sign then it indicates that your device is conflicting with another device.

Please see if you have two network adapters in your computer.

If you have two cards, then disable anyone.

Thanks
