This Problem is very common. Do not worry, just follow the following 3 steps:
- Open the start menu and click on run. In the run bar, type the word “regedit” and press ok. This will backup your registry.
2.The values IconStreams and PastIconsStream need to be deleted
- Lastly, restart the Windows explorer. In the task manager, go to the tab called Processes. Select the explorer.exe file and hit “end Process”.
Then, in the applications tab, click to select a new task.
You will see a message box. In that, just write the words “explorer.exe” and click on ok.
