I want to ask a question if anybody with the perfect solution that may solve my problem please do answer me. The problem is I can't make calls via Skype on my Xbox One why I don't know even there is a lot of problem to send IMs but I can send them sometimes but with difficulty. So please tell me what to do now to solve it.

Go to Apps and download Skype.Once you have installed Skype the important thing here is to link your Skype account with your Xbox- one account.
To Link your Skype account you should sign in to the account first. Once you sign in, it will pop up the option as “Its time to Merge”. If you click “Merge” then it will automatically link to your Xbox- one. Once you link it You need to change settings in Skype.
For this
1) Go to Privacy- Notifications – Notification Settings. From these notification settings you have to click on the option “Display a notification in the windows tray when Skype calls or messages”. Once you do this you can make a call in Skype while you play.
