Why I’m unable to connect to wifi in Samsung galaxy core advanced?

Hi guys,

This is really serious problem for me that my rand new smartphone is having problem to connect to WiFi networks whether which ever WiFi network it may be there is problem I have to try 8 to 10 times before I can manage to connect successfully. Please help me solve this problem.

Hi Angie, if you cannot access your internet through your WiFi  go to your main menu then tap Settings. From there go Wireless and Networks, and then check your WiFi and enable the feature. Clear also your data cache. If still you cannot access try to power down your router, unplug it for a few minutes. Then re-start it again. Sometimes, the IP address got stalled along the way and by renewing your router’s address it re-freshen the configuration.
