Hey,  Martinsilva.

The procedure of installing the Adobe Flash Player is below here.

1. After downloading Flash Player from internet. While downloading from internet your PC gets the permit due to your limited security settings when the security warning appears on the screen press INSTALL button, when installation completes logo on Flash Player appears. Hence the installation completes.

2. If you are installing Adobe Flash Player via CD then your PC needs Administrative access. When your installation completes you will asked to close or open browser Windows during the installation. Click download link, a dialog box will appears asks where to save the installer. Save the installer to your PC's desktop and waits till your download completes. Now the installer icon will appear double-click on it then you will have to verify the version you have to install. Then simply press install button.

Hope this will work.

Hello Martinsilva,

I think you are using Windows XP 64 bit operating system. Flash Player does not run in most 64-bit browsers. If you try to download the Flash Player in a 64-bit browser that does not support Flash Player, you will get an error message. Or if you download Adobe Flash Player 32- bit from another source except Abode then you will get an error during installation.

Thank You.
