I use my email account on Firefox browser. However, the emails do not load, and the loading icon appears. This is followed by ‘still working’ icon but to no effect.Why can’t I open my email? I also tried checking my internet, and it is fine.How can I fix this issue?
Since you have already stated that you have a good internet connection and everything is fine with it, I feel the problem is with your browser. The following steps will work to resolve this issue.
