It's critically acclaimed that the best gaming oriented laptops out there are made by Alienware. They combine the power of a desktop PC and the portability of a laptop. They have the latest generation graphics processor and 3rd Generation Intel processors. You won't go wrong with the configuration they currently posses.
That doesn't mean they come cheap. They come in 3 categories: M14x, M17x and M18x; the later being a true power horse, mimicking desktop performance by far. They go from $1100 to $2000 leaving your wallet thinking if it was worth the buy. But you'll soon find out what comes underneath the hood.
The truth is they aren't very portable, but you wouldn't carry it into a Cafe anyway. They're there for LAN parties and similar things.

The Alienware brand laptop is fastest laptop for gaming. For the past 15 years the folks at Alienware have been churning out high end gaming systems, and thankfully they continue to so.
