While configuring Advanced SystemCare, error occurs on step 2

Hello,

 I am having Configuration Advanced SystemCare error but on step 2 it gives me the following error message. I uninstalled the program to fix this problem but after a fresh install it gave me the same error. I am running Vista 64bit. Has anyone encountered a problem similar to this? I need suggestion to fix this error.

Hi,
    Such error occurs only if,

1. The software is corrupt.
2. Or it is trying to update a file that is currently being used by some other software.
3. Or Software version is incompatible with the version of windows.

To fix,
1. Try to install the software immediately after restarting the windows.
2. If it doesn't solve the issue then try to download the software version that is compatible with the version of windows, 64 bit or 32 bit.

3. If its already compatible then try downloading it from somewhere else and try reinstalling.

This will solve the issue.

Hi,

Are you running the software in administrator mode. You need to check this definitely. You also need to check all security features. Disable each security feature at a time and check for the above error. You need to check for the administrator mode or for the security features. In any one situation, you will find the error. If nothing helps then the chances are that the operating system has got corrupt. You will then need to format the computer and reinstall the operating system.

Try checking the system requirements again and make sure your computer meets those requirements. If you are installing IObit Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 12, it supports Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10. It requires 500 MB free space and 1024 x 768 minimum screen resolution. If you meet the requirements, try downloading again.

Download IObit Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 12. This link downloads the installer directly from IObit.com. Once downloaded, run the installer as administrator. Right-click “asc-ultimate-setup.exe” and select “Run as administrator”. For new users, installing the program for the first time will give you 30-day free trial. Beyond this period, you have to purchase the product.
