While changing the Language Pack from English to German, the user in German Language Pack experience the UM Bug that changes the German to another languages like Danish and Netherlands. While the English is working fine it happens in German after the change is made Personal Options – record your greetings. The same changes to German again when the user go back to the menu of languages. How to Fix that UM Bug?
When changing language UM bug occurs.
It seems that there is something wrong with the language pack of German and that you need to address it. You must tell which version of windows are you using? If you are using windows 7 then it is a very simple, go to install/uninstall languages and install the German language again. Below is a general series of steps that you can follow.

you can quickly resolve this problem by installing the windows again and perform a clean installation. No addons and nothing else.

After the installation, download the necessary updates especially the language updates from the Microsoft site.

After you have done above steps, make two separate user accounts, 1 for the English language and 1 for the German Language.
