What is wrong with my smart TV hand gesture control

How do I make my Samsung smart TV hand gesture control to always respond to my hand? My Samsung smart TV hand motion control feature is selective. Sometimes the smart TV would be responsive to my hand, but most time it would not. I thought it was because of the camera, but after repeated cleaning, it was as always.

What is wrong with my smart TV hand gesture control

These could be the factors why:

1. Wave your hand from the center to left, then to right. Remember to wave from center to the left first before waving your hand to the right.

2. Depending on the proximity. You may be too far

3. Gestures are too fast or too slow.

4. Take time reading tips from the manual
