Hello good day!

Kindly advice which software is used to determine the number of emails someone sen you in Inbox.

Is it possible to be able to know the number of unread mails someone sent you in the inbox and also total number of emails whether read or unread?

Please assist.

What software is for emails

There are email client that has this feature. Feature that you will determine how many messages sent to you by someone, regardless the email address is saved in your address book or not.

You can use Microsoft Outlook, regardless of what version. Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2011 has this feature that will count how many messages that are unread and read.

Windows Live Mail also does count how many messages in your inbox and from specific recipient. It displayed in your inbox how many are unread and the total numbers of email messages saved in the inbox.

Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Eudoramail and Incredimail also has this aut-count the messages sent to you. It will display in the inbox the numbers of unread email and the total email messages displayed. You can also sort the unread messages and read in a folder for easy access, this is a cool feature that these email client has.
