What is the relationship between windows7 and rss reader? And also give me the top 5 or top 10 best rss reader over the internet and explain their respective use or role in my windows 7 operating system. I just need this information for some important reason. Thank you.

The only relation between RSS reader and Windows 7 is that, you can read news article by installing an RSS reader like NewzCrawler in Windows 7. 

• Windows also uses RSS feeds to update a webpage news and other contents like videos, audios(Usually MP3s)
• Internet Explorer downloads new RSS feeds from websites you last visited so that it can display updated contents of web items.

There is no direct relationship between Windows 7 and RSS readers.

Windows 7 is an operating system, whereas a RSS reader is a software that reads RSS or atom news feeds to aggregates web content such as news, blogs etc. at one place.
