Development of the Internet started in 1960s with the development of computers. The main use of it is, point-to-point connections between computers with the methods of packet switching.

What is the rate of technology growth?

Hi,

 

Internet growth has been exponentially and hard to calculate, the technology now already exceeding older technology by multimillions years

 

If we compare it from the user and the bandwidth. The internet is already growing from many different areas such as size, software complexity that Producing faster and lots of better technology, the processing power of CPU.

 

If you look at the historical graph of statistic, you will find the graph will look like exponential growth rate of population in the world, And this can be accessed from the internet.

 

From technology area, each year we can see lots of changes in just a short time and there are high demand for better product,

 

People never satisfied with current and new technology created and they are always trying to press more and more to get higher productivity,

 

Also people want to raise the performance endlessly. We might be able to see the process improvement from the second into milliseconds and even nanosecond in the future.
