What program can I use to edit contrast in bulk?

Unfortunately, there is no such a software integrated with the Windows operating system, so you'll have to download and install a third party software for that.

 

One thing you should know is that batch processing is quite a tricky process and not all of the edited images will look great after automated post processing.

 

If you are looking for something free, Picasa would be a great choice.

It is a very user friendly software and you will be able to edit your images in just a few clicks.

 

Another tool I'd like to recommend you is ACDSee pro

It is not free, but has a trial version available so you can try it and see if that's what you're looking for before buying it. It is a bit more complicated than Picasa, but also a bit more stable and faster so depending on your computer configuration may be a better choice.
