What is Phillips Hard Disk for Mac all about? What are the specifications of it and is it easy to use? Does it support both Mac and Windows OS? And I also want to know if this is shock resistant. And what is the span of the warranty of this product? I need all the information so I can decide if this is worth buying. Thanks.

Hi Roberts,

    Philips has not yet came up with a HDD that is only made for MAC, usually all External HDD out in the market should be compatible with both platforms. Philips has a wide range of external HDDs add to that their products can also be DVD recorders as well. You can have those HDDs set to record your TV shows and has the same features from other external HDD. Philips however has came up with a technology called Progressive scan that makes video more vivid.
