If you are interested to know the different support policies for Microsoft Exchange Server, see the information below for its lifecycle policies.

• Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 Service Pack 1 – Lifecycle starts June 21, 2001. Service Pack support ends February 28, 2002.
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 Service Pack 3 – Lifecycle starts July 18, 2002. Support ends 12 months after the next service pack releases or at the end of the product's support lifecycle, whichever comes first.
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise Edition – Lifecycle starts September 28, 2003. Mainstream support ends April 14, 2009. Extended support ends April 8, 2014. Service Pack support ends May 25, 2005.
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 1 – Lifecycle starts May 25, 2004. Service Pack support ends January 8, 2008.
