I am using a program that uses my web browser to display a guide of sorts. Whenever the program reaches this stage, I get the xwpdlx20 ocx error. I have never seen this error before. Is it my computer or is it a software problem with my program?

First of all, the xwpdlx20 ocx error is associated with ActiveX. The xwpdlx20 ocx is an ocx file. These files are generally Component Object Model (COM) technology files also called ActiveX controls.

You are getting this error because your program is calling some ActiveX control that is either missing or corrupt or simply does not exist. This basically means that your browser does not support it. What you can do is try and open the same program using a different browser. Say you were using Firefox earlier, then try and open the program with Chrome.
