I was going through the app store on my iPhone 6 when I came across an application called Starlink. I do not know what this is. Can someone tell me what is Starlink iPhone 6? All I know is that it has something to do with cars.

This application can provide the system with extended services such as internet radio, news, weather and so on. However, users do not particularly like this application and say that the application looks like it was developed a hundred years ago and needs modernization.
