My friend has a laptop that has been filled with worms. As someone who works online, I am used to repairing computer problems on my own. So I volunteered to fix my friend's problem. I have already installed the wormblaster software. However, everytime I run it, the system will always crash down while the software is running. What should I do about this?

You need a computer maintenance checklist to be able to solve your problem. To be able to start computer maintenance checklist, you need to set the system restore point. You need to remove junk files and other unwanted files. The first thing to do is clean up your disk:

Right click my computer

On the drive that you wanna clean, click properties

Then select disk clean up

Some examples of unwanted files or junks that you want to delete compressed old files temporary files and offline web pages
Another thing that you need to do is to delete your browsing history.

On the web browser you are using, click tools

Select Internet option
-
Click browse history and then click delete
