What could be the causes of my Windows7 counterfeited?

I have been using Windows7 for about a year. First of all I stopped auto Windows updates and put Firewall on and virus protected of my PC. And there is none to command auto update of the Windows that cause counterfeited. Is there any other reason for my Windows7 to become counterfeited recently? Please suggest.

What could be the causes of my Windows7 counterfeited?

Actually there may be several causes for the windows showing that it is counterfeited but the most common causes for this type of counterfeit of windows 7 is that you may have used some illegal tools to edit or remove the watermark of windows 7.If you have tried removing it then this may be the reason for the counterfeit.There may be other reason too .If you had used a key from Beta Set, you can get a new key by going to the Microsoft site  as the old key are updated for now and are not working.
