How can I solve downloading problem in my Windows 7 computer?

Hi all,

I came across an interesting game a few weeks ago and I bought it. I installed it in my laptop and functioned well. However, a problem occurred at another portion of my Windows 7 computer because I cannot download or put movies in it anymore. An error message keeps on saying “Library Not Registered”.  Do you know how I could solve this dilemma? Thank you for your response.

There are some things that you will need to figure out to be able to resolve that problem.

  • First, you will need to figure out if the Properties page of "Computer" shows the blue genuine software sticker. The game that you installed may have had an effect on your windows 7 operating system that made to be considered not genuine. In that case you will need to reinstall the operating system.
  • You will need to figure out if the game that you installed was from a genuine manufacturer. The game might have caused malware or viruses to be installed that are preventing the movies that you try to put on the system to be blocked.
  • If you installed updates recently, then might be contributing to that too and therefore you might want to remove them.

If your web browser doesn’t download anything and it triggers a “library not registered” error, just try to uninstall and reinstall the browser. Or better yet, install the latest version. Download any of the following web browsers:

  • SeaMonkey – supports Windows XP Service Pack 2, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10.
  • Google Chrome – supports Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10.
  • Opera – supports Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10.
  • Mozilla Firefox – supports Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10.
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge – update your operating system to the latest Service Pack.

After downloading the browser, download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select your web browser in error among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This will remove everything the program created on your computer.

When it is finished, close Revo Uninstaller then install the browser you downloaded. Try downloading again after this then see if it works.
