Hello,

What is the best software for pic editor transform movie? I need a software that will allow me to edit photos or picture and transform those pictures in to a movie, if it includes 3d animation that would be great. Licensed software is much safer than any other. I hope you can help me.

What is the best software for pic editor transform movie?

The best solution for that is to use two different software for editing pictures and making a movie.

For editing pictures, the best choice is Corel Paint shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop Elements.

And after you edit all the pictures you want, you just have to transfer it into a movie editor.
The best choice on this is Cyber link Power Director, Corel Video Studio or Adobe Premiere Elements.
