It could be a difficult and time consuming job to find images appropriate for you which are copy-right free and royalty free. The process also involves some knowledge of websites containing numerous license terms and conditions that comes with purchasing the images.
I have included some websites below where you will only need to register with your email address and download high resolution images free of cost and copyright. Hope you will find them useful.
Most of these sites contains large collection of free images for personal use or commercial use. You maybe required to register with the sites using your email address. However, you may not be allowed to resell or distribute these images.Â

A good website to use is Everystockphoto. This website searches all the stock image websites that have photos which can be used for commercial purposes. I would still double check the license of the photographs to make sure that you are allowed to use a particular photograph for your purpose.
Some of the websites require that you make a link back to their site if you use their photographs online.
There is no special software needed.
You just have to sign up and all that is required is a valid email address.
