What is the best powershell move desktop icons software?

Good day Techyv members, I hope all is well. I'm currently looking for the best powershell move desktop icons software available. How can I install it? Does it have a system requirement? I'm currently using a MacBook Pro. Is it supported? If not, what do you think is the ideal os for this type of software? I'm looking forward for your answers.

What is the best powershell move desktop icons software?

Powershell is powered by windows and its task is to automate the framework of windows products (windows xp to windows 8), it is also a command line interface that is linked to your .Net framework, obviously, .Net framework goes to windows' hand as well. So basically, you cannot use the Powershell program to your Mac book because your Mac book doesn't have the exact .Net framework of windows and is a great competitor of windows, if you want to use a Powershell application, you can use a windows operating system and from there you can use your Powershell application.
