Hello. The reason for the 0x80072ee2 Windows 8.1 store error is that the Windows store is not able to communicate or connect with the servers to fetch the results. To fix this error, we have suggested a few steps, follow them.

• In the Windows search box, search for change PC settings and open it.
• Then select the network and go to the proxy and turn it off.
• Close the Window.

• Next, go to the command prompt and launch it as an administrator.
• Type the below commands and hit enter after each.
“net stop wuauserv.”
“net start wuauserv.”
