What is app containerization? What is its importance in an age when employees have increasingly started using their personal devices for business purposes? What is its linkage to the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy finding favor in enterprises? How is different from app wrapping? What is the limitation of this approach to the users involved?

Now a day’s Mobile device has become important part of life. The device can be used for multiple purposes. Mobile devices are used for personal as well as for corporate use. Containerization’s work is to separate personal and corporate data through some technological features. This has Encryption, Authentication and other factors for protecting data from being leaked. Corporate information is most important. It can be protected in case of employee loses the device, leaves the current company or in any other scenario.
App wrapping is a type of containerization and it can be used to separate/isolate apps and the data at the app level and not at the device level. The app wrapping is well suited to a BYOD environment. App wrapping gives you all the benefits of containerization.
