Problems with iOS8 and other features not working properly

My browser is to slow in iOS8. I installed and reinstalled it already but still the same. I am thinking of wiping everything off in this phone but I would like to try it one more time. Can you give me some pointers on what I need to do before jumping in to this process? What are the available software that can resolve my issue? Can you provide me step-by-step resolution to resolve this issue? Is there any alternative ways that we can use to resolve my problem? Please help me with this problem.

Hi Marco,

As you can see iOS 8 has brought many stability issues, I think it is the buggiest iOS release ever, owing to many radical features it brought to the table, About your issue,I would go for refresh restore for your iPhone, restoring the iPhone always helped me to resolve weird issues like slow WiFi, app crashing, and overall slow performance, I also recommend you not to use backup, just a fresh restore, also if you  have saved blobs i would recommend you to downgrade.
