Hi,

It all depends on what OS your Nokia mobile is using. If you are talking about a Windows phone, well Microsoft just recently launched the new Windows 8. Sad to say that Windows 8 is tighter when it comes to copyrights, viruses and etc. All software must be registered by Microsoft before it can operate on a device.

Up until now, there is still no software black market for Nokia Mobile.
