How can I configure the settings for my Samsung 8500 real player to enable it play in the background amidst running of other applications on the foreground in order to optimize on multitasking?

That’s quite easy to do. But before you do this, make sure to mute the running application’s sound (application you will use along with the music).
Create a playlist on your Real Player Library. Play the music and then exit by pressing the end call button. The music will play continuously while running another application.
