I am using an Android based mobile phone. I need to rename some android video player track from my android phone. How can I do that? Can anyone help me?

 Renaming files in Android based OS is very easy. Just open your preferred File Explorer (manager) and long-press the file which you want to rename. It should look similar to this:
 
If you want to try non-stock file browser, you can download Astro File Manager from Google Play. The concept of renaming files is the same. You find a file which you want to rename, tap and hold your finger on that file until your smartphone vibrates and a popup windows appears with Rename option. Just select it and rename your file. You can rename all files that are on your SD card.
