If you ask me I think using WordPress is the best for creating your website with dynamic content such as a radio station. I don't know how much experience do you have but using WordPress is very simple.
Anyway if you are starting with it for the first time I recommend you to hire a person who knows how it works, just for the beginning of creating your website so he/she can see if there are some errors with the theme. After creating the first content you will be able to do everything by yourself because it functions very simple and you can easily change your content every day. Sorry if you are already familiar with that but I must comment on your question.
Also I need to give you the following advice. Please do not use free themes because there can be a lot of nice themes on the Internet but they don't have clean code so there can be a lot of problems if you want to change some part of its design one day.
I recommend you if you want to have quality website spend some dollars and buy quality theme and if you are not website developer ask one to help you in the beginning.
