Voice memo is not playing

I have recorded a voice memo that is very long; it takes up to 2 hours. But the problem is it cannot be played. When I tried to play it by clicking on the play button, it only shows that it’s up and running, like a spinning wheel. I actually want to play it in my computer. So, does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

Voice memo is not playing

Hi user

First thing you need to check is whether your sound device is working properly. You could have a loose connection or muted the sound volume. Check this by playing another sound source. If you already checked this then something was wrong with your microphone. You may have had the microphone muted or the microphone cable may not have been connected to the port properly. Check the mic again now.

If the problem is with the sound, check whether the sound card is working properly. An update of the sound card's driver could have caused this problem; roll back to the previous driver and see.
