IPhone 4s will not take any voice commands. Siri will answer that she does not understand. No dictation on message or notes either.

It runs on iOS 5 powered by Apple A5 chipset with dual-core 1 GHz Cortex-A9 processor and PowerVR SGX543MP2 GPU. It can be upgraded to iOS 6.1.3 and iOS 7.0.4. It only supports HTML for internet access and no support for Java. The GPS supports GLONASS and A-GPS. Standby time is up to 200 hours on 2G and 3G while talk time is up to 14 hours on 2G and 8 hours on 3G.
