VMware Virtual Machine Network access after cloning?

I am using ESX 4.0 ,

I installed fresh windows OS VM and after necessary configuration i make number of copies for further use, now number of VMs are not accessing the network after network configurations, what is the issue?

Is it same system id due to cloning or something else,

Can some tell me the reason and solution ?

VMware Virtual Machine Network access after cloning?

Configuration required on VM side during cloning:

 Power off virtual machine, Right click and select cloning

Select host, select data store, and select a format in which virtual machine virtual disk.

Select same format as source

In guest customization select customize using the customization wizard

Enter registration information

Enter Host name and Windows Keys for activation and provide password.

Fill out the all asked information like as fresh OS installation requirement.

After completion of the all the required task finish wizard.

After cloning this VM, cloned new will generate new GUID and network issue will not appear as on cloned virtual machines.

Secondly you can regenerate new GUID with small software freely available.
