Vlc-cache-gen.exe crash during setup on k6 processors

How I can install VLC 1.1.0 on 2 computer because during setup an error appears saying that vlc-cache-gen.exe has quitted unexpectedly.  The setup goes on despite the error but the application doesn't start.

vlc-cache-gen.e.exe ha provocato errori e verra chiuso. Sara
necessario riavviare it programma.

Hello,

Installing VLC is usually a simple process which involves running the .exe file and the following the steps until the installation process completes successfully. You may be getting that error for several reasons:

• You may be installing a VLC version that is not compatible to the system specifications of your computer. You will there need to do the following:
  • Right click on the computer, and then click System Properties.
  • Check the system specifications of your computer.
  • Is your operating system a 32 bit or 64 bit, because you will need to install a VLC application that matches these credentials?
• The setup you are using to install VLC could be corrupt, and therefore you will need to get another setup that does not have issues and then use if for installation.
