I have a smart TV and I am trying to stream a video via it on Netflix. I have a good internet connection but I keep getting the error ui-122 Netflix streaming error. Please help.

You can solve your problem in two ways.
- You need to make sure that your WLAN supports A/V streaming. If you have a shared or public network, consult your administrator for internet usage policies. Make sure Netflix is not purposely blocked on your network.
- If everything above is right, trying connecting your DSL cable or modem directly to your TV. Turn off the TV. Now plug the Ethernet cable at the back of TV in the proper port. Power off the modem for some time. Turn on the modem. Now, start your TV.
