Hello experts,

Video encode detect an error problem. This is what the CCTV camera program use for motion detection, audio and other movements that are captured by the camera will react on the system. But this time the software detects a problem like no motion at all and no sound recognition as well. I hope you can help me fix this issue.

Hi,

You did not mention the software you are using, and you did not also mention the hardware used. Figuring out the problem is quite difficult in this case since you did not mention the details; however, we can still troubleshoot it in some basic measures. Try reinstalling the software or the drivers installed for your CCTV camera. Look also for updates, or upgrades for the software in the internet. The manufacturer’s website should provide you a wide array of solutions. Try also to realign all of the connections of your CCTV camera; it might be the cause of the problem. And the last thing you can do is to call the technical support from the manufacturer of your CCTV, they can easily handle that problem.
