Video capture apps mac os x cannot display mp4 file. I got a software for video viewing in my mac osx operating system but It cannot handle mp4 files. I have to get a new software that will let me view 30 mp4 files from a friend’s laptop.

I will help you to view mp4 files on your Mac OS X. If you are unable to view the mp4 videos on your Mac, then trythem on your friends PC if they are playing. If playing, then you can play them with Real Player, QuickTime Player, Camtasia software, iShowU HD and many other video softwares including VLC Player.

You are facing problems regarding playing MP4 video format in your Mac operating system. You are using a built-in player for that. And surely you lack a codec that plays MP4 video format. However, you can use QuickTime player or GOM player for viewing such videos.
