when I tried to access Verizon Manager this error appeared. I have installed the latest version of driver and I never experienced errors with my modem. Can anyone tell me more about this error ? What is causing this error ?
Connection failed – There was a hardware failure in the modem (or other connecting device).
Verizon modem cannot access manager device
There can be different reasons for the connection failure. Do the following steps one by one
If you are using wireless phone or cable, then
Check the battery strength indicator.
Low power can cause the loss of signals.
So, recharge the battery for sufficient power supply.
Raise the antenna of your wireless phone.
Check, if there is "D" to show the digital coverage.
If you are out of digital area then wait to go back coverage area and connect again.
"Off" and "On" again your wireless phone.
If you are using a "PC Card" then remove it and reinsert it again.
Try to establish your session again.
If all these are reset and working as usual. Then there would be no error again.
