Hey,
The steps for the  http://[servername]:[port]/readerextensions is as follows:
- First you need to open the PDF document
- Next switch the edit mode simultaneously.
- Now click for the tool bar icon too
- Now click for the document and insert the clipboard contents too
- Lastly click as well as paste to the right menu and the keywords function will work from now on.
