Utopiaro.exe – System error binkw32.dll is missing

Hello there,

Guys I have this error when I want to open Utopia. The installer worked without any error but I have one now. I don’t know why I have this DLL file error and why is missing. Can anyone help me please to solve this one? How can I copy and install the missing DLL files?

Utopiaro.exe – System error binkw32.dll is missing

Binkw32.dll is a DLL file that comes from Bink Video Codec that was created by RAD Game Tools, Inc.

In order to run the game or program, you have to obtain a copy of the DLL file inside your system.

1. Download binkw32.dll.

2. Copy the DLL file into “C:Windows:System32”.

3. Start Command Prompt with administration privilege. Then, execute this command:
regsvr32 binkw32.dll

4. After you’ve seen the success message, close Command Prompt.

Now, the DLL file is free for all programs to be used as per required and won’t give you any more trouble like this again.
